Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announces changes to its executive team
The hotel chain confirmed the incorporation of Marc Speichert, the executive will be responsible for the executive vice-presidency and commercial management
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announces the addition of Marc Speichert to its executive leadership team as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, effective May 3, 2021.

Speichert joins Four Seasons in this newly created role at a critical time in the hospitality industry. Oversee the development and execution of the company's integrated business strategy with a mandate that includes the identification of new products and markets; revenue growth across the company; brand marketing, global public relations and social media; data analysis, market insights and customer participation; the extensive digital ecosystem of the brand; and global distribution and world reserves.

In collaboration with other members of the executive leadership team, Speichert will participate in all touchpoints of the Four Seasons guest experience, from the brand's hotels and resorts, restaurants, bars and spas, to the growing residential portfolio. from Four Seasons and product extensions, including the Four Seasons Private Jet and online retail program, as well as digital engagement via social media and the Four Seasons app.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Speichert was Global Digital Director at GSK Consumer Healthcare for four years, where he led the digital transformation of its marketing functions and most recently added supply chain, research and development, and transformation. broader marketing of the company at your fingertips.
Previously, Speichert was a senior Google executive on its global client and agency solutions team, partnering with leading global brands including Estée Lauder, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsi, Microsoft and Apple. Before Google, he was L'Oreal's first chief marketing officer, spearheading the brand's digital strategy toward global recognition as a leader among packaged goods companies. He began his career in marketing with a progressive twelve-year tenure at Colgate-Palmolive.
Speichert holds a Master of Marketing Management from the ESCP Business School in Paris and has many industry accolades to his credit, including being named among the 25 most influential CMOs in the world by Forbes magazine, as well as being recognized as one of the main influencers and transformers of health by MM&M (Medical, Marketing and Media).
Speichert currently serves as Chairman of the MMA Global Board of Digital Directors (CDO Board), helping member organizations rethink the ever-evolving needs of consumers and customers in an increasingly digital world. He is also on the advisory board of Glasswing Ventures, a private equity fund focused on financing entrepreneurs who harness the power of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technologies.
Speichert will initially be based in London, England, with plans to relocate to the Four Seasons offices in New York City.
