The 28th edition of the Middle East's largest travel and tourism exhibition runs at the Dubai World Trade Center until May 19
Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, CEO and Founder of the Emirates Group and Chairman of Dubai World, officially opened Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2021 today, marking the start of the 28th edition from the The largest travel and tourism exhibition in the Middle East.
SS Sheikh Ahmed was accompanied by HE Helal Saeed Al Marri, CEO of the Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC) and Managing Director of the Dubai Department of Tourism and Trade Marketing (DTCM), Claude Blanc, Director of Portfolio of WTM & IBTM; Danielle Curtis, Middle East ATM Show Director and other VIPs who embarked on a tour of the showroom as the four-day event kicked off at the DWTC.
This year's event, which takes place May 16-19, features 1,300 exhibitors from 62 countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Italy, Germany, Cyprus, Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea. , Maldives, Philippines, Thailand, Mexico and the United States.
The theme of the ATM 2021 program is "A new dawn for travel and tourism" and it is distributed in nine rooms. Based on existing density restrictions and social distancing guidelines and regulations, there will be 11,000 people in the hallways at any given time.
