IBS Software, the leader in SaaS technology for the travel industry, announces that it has reached an agreement with the airline to implement the iFly Loyalty platform

iFly Loyalty will make it easier for LATAM to have a more modern and efficient data center infrastructure. Once the transformation process is completed within LATAM, the IBS Software platform, which is hosted in the cloud, will be the base of all the technological gear that supports the group's loyalty business.

This new platform will allow LATAM to respond to the innovation that frequent travelers are waiting to receive through the different channels. Not only will the platform provide more flexibility, as it can be adjusted to the needs of consumers and fluctuations in the industry, but it will also be able to adapt to the most innovative alliances that the airline makes. It will also help solve problems more easily and provide stronger integration with other channels and other airline systems.

This agreement with LATAM is another example of how IBS Software is expanding and consolidating its presence in the airline industry, allowing its clients to transform and lead the industry in the digital arena.

iFly Loyalty supports a base of 80 million frequent flyers, who earn and use miles in thousands of partner programs around the world. The platform is designed to help airlines anticipate traveler behavior by giving them the ability to act quickly and based on real information. Airlines can then quickly reconfigure and adjust their offerings as market changes are detected rather than having to wait to make manual modifications that take time and resources.

"We work every day to improve the travel experience of our customers and the agreement we reached with IBS Software will allow us to accelerate our digital transformation processes and deliver a faster and more efficient service for our passengers," said the VP of LATAM Pass, Ralph Piket.

“As industry leaders, we have been fortunate to help some of the world's largest airlines navigate their post-crisis recovery process. Working with LATAM Airlines to move LATAM Pass to our iFly Loyalty platform, together we are going to complete a very important achievement that will be to turn LATAM Airlines' loyalty business into a very important contributor to the airline's commercial recovery process ”says Marcus Puffer, Vice President of Loyalty Solutions for IBS Software. "And through our shared passion for offering the best experiences to travelers, we are going to support LATAM Airlines to develop and deliver new benefits for users of the LATAM Pass program."
