Ibis budget Bogotá Marly has a total area of ​​4,953 m2, with 10 floors and 120 rooms of the type: Double (52), Twin (33), Family (32) and 3 rooms for people with special needs. The rooms have a spectacular view towards the north of the city and towards the east, which allows you to contemplate the beautiful landscape that accompanies the mountains of Bogotá.

According to Aldemar Sanchez Urbano, general manager of ibis budget Bogotá Marly, “It is expected that hotels in the economic segment and international brand will have a faster recovery than other segments. At the Colombian level, in the hotels of the Accor group, this assumption is being fulfilled by having a more accessible price and by generating greater confidence in the biosafety protocols implemented by the brands ”.

Likewise, the hotel has services such as free Wi-Fi, free parking according to availability, 24-hour reception, pet friendly (pets of 15 Kg max), paid laundry service, business center and stationery such as photocopying and printing for users who require it. . Your launch fee will be 99,000 COP per night / room.

The ibis budget Bogotá Marly hotel is a franchise operated by HGM Hotels that had an investment of 8.2 million dollars by a group of local investors, which generated a monthly average of 400 direct and indirect jobs, it is focused on the market corporate, business and educational, and promises to be one of the cheapest hotels in the industry. The Colombian firm Arpro SA worked 30 months on this project, complying with all the biosafety protocols established for the sector.

The project, whose architectural design was in charge of the architect Andrés Posada, complied with the efficient standards in the handling of components and waste, which already allow to have the previous EDGE certification, (Excellent in Design for Greater Efficiencies, for its acronym in English) that promotes the construction of sustainable buildings in emerging markets, showing that environmental responsibility is correlated with smart businesses and which is expected to be completed after the start of operation of the hotel.

Located between Carrera 13 and Carrera 7, more precisely on Carrera 8 # 49-49, this new project is located two blocks from the Marly Clinic and the Central Military Hospital. In addition, being close to several universities such as Santo Tomás, La Piloto, La Javeriana, La Católica, among others. Not to mention, the supermarkets, banks and business and commercial centers that are part of the sector. In addition, it has easy access to the G zone, a renowned gastronomic sector and the T zone, where restaurants and bars converge.

In order to give the hotel a differential and framed within the authenticity that surrounds the town of Chapinero, where different artistic and cultural expressions are evident, ibis Budget Bogotá Marly has five exterior and two interior murals produced by urban artists from national and international recognition such as Ledania, Ceroker, Gruterium and the UMS Collective.
