Palace Resorts renews its commitment to MICE at IBTM Americas
The Mexican hotel chain has been present at the event held in Mexico City presenting the main novelties in its properties
Palace Resorts has participated in IBTM Americas demonstrating once again its commitment to the MICE segment. There we have been able to interview their Regional Sales Manager Elide Marin. We share their responses below:
How many properties do they have and what characteristics do they have?
“In the first instance, I would like to highlight that Palace Resorts is an all-inclusive hotel brand owned by Mexican businessmen who have been pioneers of this format in the country.
" "With ten beachfront complexes, Palace Resorts sets the highest standards for five-star all-inclusive luxury vacations in Mexico and Jamaica”.
"We have 10 properties with luxurious and spacious rooms equipped with double whirlpool tubs in the room, nightly entertainment, the Caribbean, the most extravagant spas in Mexico and an exclusive Jack Nicklaus golf course, Palace Resorts sets the stage for an experience truly exceptional for travelers".
"We can adapt to all kinds of needs because our portfolio ranges from a boutique format of 62 rooms in Isla Mujeres to a resort focused on groups and conventions with 3000 rooms located in Cancun".
"We offer hotels for adults only, focused on families, for conventions and also luxury”.
What is the proposal for the MICE segment?
"MICE professionals can have the peace of mind that they will have a one-time rate that includes the most modern meeting facilities with state-of-the-art technology, food and beverages of the highest quality, unsurpassed service (including tips) and a friendly and easy budget".
“Every gathering at the Palace Resort includes spectacular settings, memorable experiences, unique touches, world-class spirits, and exceptional cuisine. Groups are not limited to a few dining options, but have access to à la carte dining".
“At Palace Resorts and Le Blanc Spa Resort we transform the concept of all-inclusive groups. Meetings and events are a sign of our commitment and respect for the environment. Conservation efforts, the practice of environmentally friendly processes and corporate social responsibility are a fundamental part of planning and execution”.
What kind of biosecurity standards have you put in place to ensure a smooth stay?
“Last year we introduced “Purely Palace”, an advanced hygiene, cleaning and safety protocol. The new program implements preventive actions to reinforce our already rigorous quality and hygiene controls. For more than 35 years, Palace Resorts has been known for creating the best and safest experiences for all guests by implementing strict quality controls. For this reason, in view of the health emergency of COVID-19, and to guarantee the tranquility of our visitors and collaborators, this new protocol raises the standards of quality, safety and hygiene in the industry to new levels”.
