After more than a year and a half closed, the hotel has once again received passengers under strict protocols
After more than a year and a half closed, with occasional opening only in October and November 2020 for private events, the Renaissance Santiago hotel reopened its doors on August 6. A space of harmony, in the middle of the city.
Strictly following the health protocols of the Step by Step plan of the Ministry of Health, clients and guests are asked for their Mobility Pass, according to the current phase, and depending on the area of the hotel they want to use, which await them with attractive promotions; restaurants, spa, gyms, meeting rooms and the large Olas terrace.

The hotel has a total of 181 rooms, which will all be available to passengers, as well as its outstanding Catae restaurants, with the rich flavors of Chilean and world cuisine, and Shinsei, with the best of Asian fusion cuisine.
