AC Hotel Bogotá Zona T by Marriott, the European-inspired lifestyle brand of Marriott International operated by oxoHotel, has prepared to reactivate social events by adapting its operations to the needs and expectations of companies and families seeking to meet in this new era. .

In this scenario of expectations and realities, the hotel has resumed its face-to-face Social Events services that aim to strengthen trust and improve business competitiveness to ensure that Bogotá continues to be a benchmark as a destination for meetings, including work meetings, weddings, birthdays, theme parties and gatherings between family and friends.

“We are aware of our responsibility in offering meeting spaces that are reliable and perfectly adapted to the new reality of tourism,” stated Henry Tobón, general manager, AC Hotel Bogotá Zona T by Marriott. "Our meeting rooms not only fully comply with international standards and protocols, but also have audiovisual equipment and modern technologies to make presentations work perfectly."

The changes implemented in recent months allow us to respond quickly, efficiently and professionally to the requirements of associations, companies and groups of friends and families that seek to meet under the strictest standards and protocols.

The hotel has two meeting rooms which have state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and modern furniture with natural light, functional design and free WiFi throughout the property.

Measuring 93 square meters, the Zona T room can accommodate up to 60 people in a conference setup, 30 in a 'U', 40 in a classroom and 50 people in a banquet, depending on the authorized capacity. With 82 square meters, Zona G can accommodate 50 people in a conference, 35 people in a classroom, 25 in a 'U' shape and 40 in a banquet.

Optionally, Business Facilities can be hired for computer equipment rental, simultaneous translation and hostesses, among other services.
