Tourists will be able to tour the Uruguayan capital and discover its most emblematic points in two-story units

A circuit through the Cerro at 3:00 p.m. and another night circuit at 8:00 p.m., constitute the main novelties that aim to surprise visitors.

The classic circuit, which now takes place at 5:15 p.m., has an automated system for transmitting tourist information through pre-recorded audio circuits, with images that are broadcast in sync with the bus route.

Sanitary requirements and restrictions

For the classic circuit, as a consequence of the sanitary measures implemented as of Covid-19, passengers must bring their own headphones, with which they will be able to access the descriptions of the circuit through a console that each seat has to listen to the explanation of the section you travel by selecting the language of your choice. The tour is available in: German, Spanish, French, English, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese.

The Cerro and Rambla night circuits, on the other hand, will have a guide on board, so they do not require the use of a headset.

How to buy tickets?
They can be purchased on the official website of the Tourist Bus or in person from Monday to Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the COIT office, located at Rio Branco 1389.

The bus is accessible, it has space for two wheelchairs.

In case of rain or wind alerts, the tour is suspended and you can choose to reschedule the tour or request a refund. It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the marked departure.
