With the increase in frequency, Air Europa recovers the levels of capacity it had before the pandemic on its route to São Paulo by returning to operate a daily flight to Madrid.
The good behavior of the route led the company to increase its offer. Air Europa's operation at São Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport follows the company's objective of recovering routes and frequencies according to the capacity discipline criterion, which involves adapting supply to the real demand of the market.
Flights between Madrid and São Paulo are operated with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, with a capacity for 339 passengers and which combine maximum comfort with exceptional environmental performance, by reducing emissions and fuel consumption by 20%. In addition, the Boeing 787s have the new Business class, with which the airline stands out in the sector.

The company's punctuality rate was 94.73%, which places it as one of the references in this aspect within the segment. In addition to the progressive recovery of operations, this data mainly reflects the work and effort carried out over the last year by the entire team to ensure the best service to passengers and the return to normality.
The arrival of your flights on time is one of the main reasons why customers choose to fly with Air Europa. For this reason, the company continues to work on improving its processes to continue to be a reference not only in punctuality, but also in the overall quality of its services.
