The event will be held from October 16 to 18 at the Iberostar Selection Cancun


The 34th Annual Cancun Travel Mart Mexico Summit, organized by the Cancun, Puerto Morelos and Isla Mujeres Hotel Association will take place from October 16 to 18, 2022 at Iberostar Selection Cancun.

The calendar of events is "strictly business" with one arrival/registration day, followed by two days of pre-scheduled business appointment periods. Buyers and suppliers will be able to meet face-to-face with decision makers to discuss existing contracts, develop new packages, and "fill" last-minute spring/summer openings.

CTM FORMAT: CTM'22 will continue with the format first introduced last year in which Tour Operators/Buyers will have a hospitality booth/room instead of Suppliers.

Buyers are tour operators and wholesalers, meeting planners, and incentive companies from the US, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Asia/Pacific, and Europe. The registration fee for the new CTM purchase format is US$150 and includes a 3m by 3m hospitality booth/room with tables, chairs, power outlet and identification sign; a delegate badge; pre-scheduled appointments with Providers; all business and social activities of CTM'22; product update presentations and much more. The buyer also has an additional registration option of $495 that includes three (3) days/nights at Iberostar Selection Cancun all inclusive plus all CTM'21 activities.

The providers are “Decision Makers” from ALL of Mexico. The CTM vendor registration fee is $1,000 and includes two delegate passes; pre-scheduled appointments with Buyers; all business and social activities of CTM'22; and much more. The event format allows Suppliers to visit Buyers' booths/hospitality suites and will reduce booth/booth set-up and decoration costs. Tourism/promotion offices, media/technology organizations and attractions will continue to have the option to have a booth for US$1,695 which includes a 3m by 3m booth with tables, chairs, power outlet and identification sign.

Meetings are scheduled using SelectMatch™, William H. Coleman, Inc.'s pre-scheduled business appointment scheduling system. SelectMatch ™ only schedules PerfectMatch appointments (mutual requests from Buyer and Supplier) and "Buyer Requests". This virtually eliminates “no-shows” and ensures productive meetings.
