Disney Destinations trains clients from Latin America and Brazil
The Disney Destinations sales and marketing team welcomed contract clients from Brazil and Latin America to Florida for a complete immersion
The training was given in Spanish and Portuguese by the training managers of each market, Barbara Modenesi and Eduardo Rocha.
More than 35 tourism professionals from Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Brazil attended and experienced a true immersion. For an entire week, they learned more about Walt Disney World Resort in theory and then in practice, visiting all four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom, as well as Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park and select Disney Resorts. of different categories. Including the newly renovated economy-class Disney's All Star Music Resort, the moderate Disney's Port Orleans Riverside and the luxurious Disney's Contemporary Resort.
"The most valuable thing about this experience is that they can now be considered Disney product trainers," Barbara commented. "Everyone was very proud of this achievement and soon they will have their training plans," added Eduardo.
In addition to learning more about Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, the training managers also presented other company products such as Disneyland Resort and, of course, Disney Cruise Line, which will soon debut its fifth ship, the Disney Wish, which joins the fleet of Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy.
Customers also used their time at Disney Theme Parks and Resorts to create content and answer questions while enjoying magical experiences.
