The International Seminar on Rural Tourism and Technological Innovation will take place tomorrow
The event will be held in Asunción, Paraguay within the framework of the XXVI Meeting of Ministers of Tourism of MERCOSUR
The National Tourism Secretariat (SENATUR), with the support of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), invites the International Seminar on Rural Tourism and Technological Innovation, to be held next Wednesday, June 22, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. hours at the Conmebol Convention Center.
The seminar will be attended by international speakers, including; Sandra Carvao, Head of the Department of Market Intelligence and Competitiveness of the UNWTO, in charge of the panel "Rural Tourism: One more future", and Natalia Bayona, Director of Innovation, Education and Investments of the UNWTO, who will lead the panel called " Innovation and the tourism ecosystem, the engine of economic development in Paraguay”.

The realization of this seminar encourages the search for new opportunities for the tourism sector and acquire skills for promotion and competitiveness in the areas of rural tourism and innovation, promoting the resurgence of tourism. Also, learn more about rural and technological development, its challenges and the opportunities that we must face for this year 2022.
The event will be held within the framework of the XXVI Meeting of Ministers of Tourism of MERCOSUR, which is hosted by our country and is part of the activities agreed upon at the 67th Meeting of the UNWTO Regional Commission for the Americas, where Paraguay currently occupies The presidency.
