The newly inaugurated Royal Caribbean cruise ship prepares its return to Port Canaveral in Orlando Florida later this year

Wonder of the Seas, the recently inaugurated Royal Caribbean cruise ship, is preparing to return to Port Canaveral in Orlando Florida later this year. The fifth ship of the revolutionary Oasis Classes, which is currently in Barcelona carrying out seven-night Mediterranean cruises, departing from Barcelona and Rome, announced that for the month of November it will take Port Canaveral as its base port, bringing the excitement back to the American continent.

Much has been said about the new wonder of Royal Caribbean that was named in the same way. The Wonder of the Seas has become the hit of the moment for cruise passengers since it has a combination of new attractions and classics of the shipping company, which is why it has been called the perfect spot for travelers of all ages to enjoy great experiences around the world.

The company understood that a ship of this level should be available to travelers of all ages from all over the world, so it had its maiden voyage and a season leaving the port of Miami visiting paradisiacal destinations such as Cozumel in Mexico, Nassau and the Royal Caribbean's private water park, Perfect Day at CocoCay located in the Bahamas.

For their departures from Europe, Wonder of the Seas guests can currently sail and explore the most desired destinations such as Florence, Naples, Capri, Provence and Malaga.

Wonder offers a host of attractions across its eight neighborhoods – the most on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship – that are filled with exciting experiences, entertainment, restaurants, bars and lounges to enjoy day and night, including:

  • Suite Neighborhood – This new neighborhood offers Royal Suite Class guests the Sun Deck Suite, an area with a swimming pool, bar and spaces with sun loungers and relaxation areas, along with those that have already become guest favorites, such as the private Coastal Kitchen restaurant, the Suite Lounge, and the more impressive Ultimate Family Suite , with capacity for a family of up to ten members, and which also has a slide, cinema and karaoke area, table tennis and more, distributed in a two story space.
  • The Mason Jar Southern Restaurant & Bar – a travel favorite among the more than 40 restaurants, bars and lounges Wonder offers. Here, Southern American food meets Royal Caribbean hospitality and creativity. Traditional dishes and new twists on classics are on the menu for brunch and dinner and well into the night, plus there's live country music, southern-style décor, and a collection of whiskeys and cocktails.
  • Wonder Playscape – Families with children will be able to take in numerous outdoor attractions designed to enjoy time together. Adults can play with them or enjoy ocean views while young adventurers tackle the playground's slides, climb the climbing wall, or play on an interactive touch wall.
  • Fan Favorites – Exclusive suite of experiences returns, including the FlowRider surf simulator, The Ultimate Abyss, the tallest slide at sea; the 10-story zip line and new areas dedicated to children, such as Adventure Ocean, and teenagers, such as Social100 and The Patio. In addition, impressive neighborhoods such as Central Park, with more than 20,000 natural plants, and the Boardwalk, which combines the charm of the sea with activities for the whole family - from riding the hand-carved carousel to watching a good game and having fun in the games at Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade.

Finally, the company completed this experience with an original entertainment offer in four "stages" of Wonder: air, ice, water and theater. More than 100 artists and technicians, and state-of-the-art technology, come together to bring to life large-scale productions such as inTENse, which presents the show of the first all-female group of acrobats and trampoline jumpers, in the exclusive AquaTheater; and The Effectors II: Crash 'n' Burn, making their debut this summer, where Royal Caribbean's high-tech superheroes, The Effectors, battle their archenemy to save the planet once again.
