Fam Fest Latam travels to South America to celebrate its 2022 edition
The initiative of the RCD Hotels chain is aimed at improving experiences and travel in the Caribbean. This year it had several presentations, in Paraguay, Colombia and Brazil, in addition to Chile and Peru next August
This year the hotel industry continues to celebrate a new edition of Fam Fest Latam, an important event for travel agents, tour operators, wedding and business tourism experts, the media, opinion leaders and public figures from Latin America.
The call is made at the initiative of the RCD Hotels chain, a company focused on innovation in the hotel industry and in the experience for tourists in the Caribbean.
Once again, RCD Hotels launches the Fam Fest Latam, the annual event created to recognize the valuable contribution of the tourism industry in overcoming the objectives that the chain sets year after year.
The proposal seeks to deepen the contact that the firm maintains with tourism specialists and provide them with the opportunity to participate in the experiences that distinguish its brands: Hard Rock Hotels An All-Inclusive Experience, UNICO 20°87° Hotel Riviera Maya, Residence Inn by Marriot Merida, Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. Also, it offers them to join training and incorporate new promotional tools, among other benefits.
The Fam Fest Latam 2022 edition is held under the slogan "Fam Fest Latam visits you", the executives of the chain will get closer to the agents, operators, journalists and other references with the purpose of recovering the coexistence suspended in times of distancing .
In a first stage, the trade mission visited Paraguay, Colombia and Brazil. Its premise was to thank the countries that achieved a greater number of sales within the proposals offered by RCD Hotels, within each segment managed by the company.
For his part, the Corporate Director for Latin America of the RCD Hotels chain, Leonel Reyes, was enthusiastic about this edition: "For us, 'Fam Fest Latam visits you' represents the opportunity to share the perspective of RCD Hotels in the region and show that we are closer than ever to our customers and friends, in order to maintain their loyalty and preference”, he said.

Fam Fest Latam has seven editions held between 2014 and 2021, in which more than 3,000 agents participated. Through this annual proposal, the RCD Hotels chain contributes to promoting and improving the activity of the tourism sector in the Caribbean.
Among other distinctions, the initiative was selected as the winner of the "Tourist Excellences 2018" award. This is an award given by the Excelencias Group within the framework of a ceremony organized by the Madrid Trade Fair Institution. On the other hand, during his career he had the participation of celebrities such as Carlos Vives and Alejandra Guzmán.
Another fundamental feature of the event is that it presents the “Amplified Rewards” incentive program. Through this action, RCD Hotels provides tourism professionals with a series of additional benefits to those they regularly obtain from marketing their different brands.
