Significant support from the Uruguayan government to companies that organize events

Given the growing development of companies that work in the comprehensive organization of events and that their activity is closely linked to the tourism sector, whose destiny is to satisfy cultural, gastronomic, corporate needs, etc., by resolution of Minister Tabaré Viera, a voluntary registry was created for companies dedicated to this area, their suppliers and in general all those that are part of the event industry service chain, which will work under the purview of the Service Providers Comptroller Division Tourism of the Ministry of Tourism.
