Los Cabos will host the World Meetings Forum
The event celebrates its tenth edition, bringing together professionals from the meeting industry in the popular Mexican destination
World Meetings Forum celebrates 10 editions of being the business platform that brings together industry players. The event takes place until September 1 at the Hard Rock Los Cabos Hotel, in Baja California Sur.
Rafael Hernández, chairman of the World Meetings Forum points out that for this reason it is necessary to create spaces for analysis, debate, sharing experiences and business opportunities in the meetings industry, and that is the strong commitment that we have as an event: to bring knowledge of avant-garde with great speakers, promote networking and create favorable environments for commercial alliances.
For this tenth edition, the participation of Martin Boyle, CEO of IAPCO (The International Association of Professional Congress Organisers), Senthil Gopinath, Chief Executive Officer of ICCA (International Congress and Convention Association), Paul Vandeventer, president and CEO of MPI ( Meeting Professionals International), in a round table that will address the new steps towards recovery; The Ministers of Tourism of Panama, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic will also meet to talk about responsible tourism and sustainability, while José Carlos Azcárraga, CEO of Grupo Posadas will give a conference on growth and current challenges in the market.
Likewise, the event will feature social activities, a race with a cause and a purpose that has distinguished WMF: the labor inclusion of people with disabilities in the events industry, and each edition works to transmit this purpose to the entire industry.
