In this way, it goes from 19 to 24 weekly frequencies
Aerolineas Argentinas announced that, since October, it adds 5 new flights between Montevideo and Buenos Aires. In this way, it goes from 19 to 24 weekly frequencies.
This expansion will allow connecting with 9 new destinations within Argentina: Ushuaia, El Calafate, Jujuy, Mar del Plata, Santiago del Estero, Santa Fe, La Rioja, Formosa and Trelew, which are added to a total offer of 26 destinations that connect the whole country with Montevideo and with minimum waiting times.
In addition to domestic connections, from the "Aeroparque Jorge Newbery", passengers from Montevideo will be able to connect with Santiago de Chile, Bogotá, Lima, São Paulo, Porto Alegre and Salvador de Bahía.
“This expansion is part of the work we are carrying out in the region's markets. A robust and varied offer in terms of frequencies, schedules and connection possibilities is key to continue promoting receptive tourism”, explained Pablo Ceriani, president of Aerolineas Argentinas.
It should be remembered that, in addition to the frequencies with Montevideo, it currently operates every Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday to Punta del Este.
In the same line of announcements for its flight network in Latin America, two weeks ago, it was confirmed that it will continue to operate San Pablo - Bariloche, San Pablo- Córdoba - El Calafate and San Pablo - Salta - Tucumán, beyond the high season of winter.
