Sales for the 2023/2024 stage in South America are now open

Costa Diadema, Costa Favolosa and Costa Fascinosa. This will be Costa Cruises' offer in South America for the 2023/2024 season, whose sale is already available. Between December 2023 and May 2024, travelers will be able to board the ships and tour the Brazilian coast and the Río de la Plata region.

The Costa Favolosa will offer seven-night departures from Montevideo and Buenos Aires, bound for Santos and Itajaí, as well as three- and four-night cruises through Balneário Camboriú, Ilha Grande and Ilhabela from the port of Santos. The ship will conduct nearly 40 more days of operations in the 2023/2024 season compared to the 2022/2023 season.

In addition to the Favolosa, the shipping company will have a second ship carrying out the embarkation and disembarkation of passengers in the south of Brazil during the 2023/2024 season. Costa Fascinosa returns to South America for an unprecedented operation to Camboriú with seven-night sailings from Montevideo and Buenos Aires.

With the deployment of the Costa Fascinosa, Costa also increases its sleeping capacity in relation to the 2022/2023 season. “The history of Costa and the cruise industry in South America are intertwined. In March 2023 it will be 75 years working in the region. Through a robust and bold commercial strategy, always prioritizing sustainable and lasting development, we have registered significant growth and consumer preference in recent years”, said Dario Rustico, General Manager of Costa Cruises for Central and South America.

Focused exclusively on the Brazilian market, with 1,862 cabins and 133,000 tons, the Costa Diadema will arrive in South America for the second season. The ship will depart from three ports: Santos, Salvador and Rio de Janeiro, making dedicated seven-night itineraries around Bahia. “With the Costa Diadema, we are offering the market a new opportunity for unique vacation experiences on board. The ship was highly rated by our guests on their first visit to the country”, said Ruy Ribeiro, Commercial Director of Costa Cruises after presenting the company's novelties at the Abav Expo Trade Tourism Fair held in Olinda (Pernambuco, Brazil).

The Costa Favolosa has 1,508 cabins, a spa, a gym, nine swimming pools and Jacuzzis, six restaurants including the Archipelago, which offers menus by chefs Bruno Barbieri, Hélène Darroze and Ángel León, who together have 16 Michelin stars. In addition, it has 12 bars, a theater, a water slide, a casino, a sports court, a spa, a sports court and a gym, and the Squok Club -with an area dedicated to Peppa Pig for children-.

The Costa Diadema has 1,862 cabins, decor inspired by royalty and brings together eight restaurants, 11 bars, a spa, a casino, a theater with exclusive shows, a gym, a jogging track, spaces dedicated to children and young people such as the Squok Club and the Teen Zone. and 11 pools and hot tubs. On the Costa Diadema, guests can try authentic Italian buffalo mozzarella, produced daily on board, as well as dishes signed by international chefs at the Archipiélago restaurant. Other highlights include Teppanyaki, which promotes a live show of Asian cuisine, Pizzeria Pummid'Oro, and Gelateria Amarillo, which offers Italian ice cream made with organic ingredients.
