The new Royal Resorts complex offers a luxurious experience in the hotel zone of the paradisiacal Mexican destination

Royal Uno Beachfront Resort is the new commitment of Royal Resorts to conquer the most select clients who seek to live a luxury experience in the hotel zone of Cancun. To know the details, we have interviewed its General Manager Efrain Canto. We share their responses below:

What has been the origin of the property and what type of clients do they target?
It is a recent property that opened on June 28 and we have 540 rooms and suites. This hotel is focused on the family segment. Setting new standards in service, the resort has 540 rooms and suites and offers an "Authentic Cancun" experience with a combination of classic hospitality, contemporary elegance, exclusive cuisine and activities for all ages.
Our resort has a privileged location within the beaches of the hotel zone, which allows our guests to enjoy the city and its attractions day and night.

What kind of amenities do you offer in the complex?
This all-inclusive resort offers an impressive variety of amenities including two huge swimming pools, a children's pool with a water play area, Alea Spa, water sports, a pool and beach bar, Uno Kids club and a Family Lounge to enjoy video games or movies and more. Royal Uno offers an exclusive dining experience with nine restaurants and bars serving international, Mexican, Italian and Asian cuisine, a café and 24-hour room service.

What is the gastronomic offer that they offer?
We offer a variety of restaurants and bars to choose from, including upscale restaurants serving Mexican, International, as well as Catch of the Day and soon Italian and Asian food. From gourmet cuisine by candlelight to international dishes in a family atmosphere and delicious snacks, our guests will enjoy every moment of a complete culinary experience.

What issuing markets are they targeting?
80% of the clients that are arriving now come from the United States and Canada. We have clients from the national market and also from several Latin American countries. We are still exploring new markets to expand demand.

One of the challenges today is to have qualified personnel, how do you handle HR?
One of our goals is to create extraordinary experiences for guests, that goes hand in hand with the company's philosophy, so we take great care of our staff and train them permanently. They must obviously be prepared and have the tools to serve customers by providing what the guest deserves.
