Flybondi is the only airline certified by the "Great place to work" as one of the best places to work in Argentina

Flybondi, the first low-cost airline in the country, obtained the Great Place to Work international certification as one of the best places to work in Argentina. The program measures the quality of organizational culture based entirely on employee responses. Flybondi thus becomes the only airline in the country currently certified.
The company is in full growth and in a few months has doubled its work team in the country. Today it already has more than 1,050 employees in all the provinces where it operates. This increase is part of the 2X Plan, presented in December 2021, which aims to double the number of passengers, through an increase in supply and fleet. Even today the company continues to hire people for the different areas of the company that continue to expand, incorporating more planes and destinations.
"This year's growth not only translates into aircraft, destinations, frequencies and more flybondiers, but also takes the step of validating our culture and work environment with all the people who are the true creators of the freedom to fly every day. And here we are happily celebrating that we have achieved the Great Place To Work certification, which confirms that Flybondi is one of the best places to work in Argentina", said Mauricio Sana, CEO of Flybondi.
