Civitatis conquers Europe and expands its presence in Brazil
Marking its expansion in the Latin American market, the company will be present at WTM Latin America São Paulo 2022
Civitatis is a Spanish company founded in 2008 that has become a leader in the online distribution of activities, excursions and guided tours in Spanish and Portuguese in the main tourist destinations in the world. Marking its expansion in the Latin American market, the company will be present at WTM Latin America São Paulo 2022, which will be held on April 5, 6 and 7.
The platform already indicates a rebound in post-pandemic travel; Search for domestic travel increased 480% in the first quarter of this year compared to the same period in 2021. However, the highlight is international travel, which increased 678.86%.

So I launched Civitatis to help those who want to travel by offering activities with fixed prices, punctuality and meeting points in various cities of the world with a few clicks", explains Alberto Gutiérrez Pascual, founder and current CEO of the company.
The company, which offers more than 67,900 activities in 3,080 destinations, already has more than 10 million customers in different countries. And the traveler experience is critical to its success. The company carefully selects its partners and offers a 24/7 multi-channel service before, during and after the chosen trip.
Currently, 20% of Civitatis' monthly clients come from Latin America, a market in which the company has been expanding its presence in the last two years. In the period, the number of activities available in Brazil increased by 86%, offering 642 activities in the country.
Civitatis is aimed at people who enjoy traveling, either alone or in a group. However, it also caters to travel agencies. In Brazil, it is a partner of Airmet Brasil and Gea Brasil.
Civitatis will also participate in the ABBV seminar in the city of São Paulo on April 2 and 3. The platform's affiliation program for digital content producers will be presented at the event.
