The National Award of Excellence in the Company-Client Relationship and Contact Centers is the recognition that, for 13 years, the Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT) has granted to companies, institutions and / or areas of interaction with clients / citizens. , that are distinguished by their excellence and that demonstrate an outstanding performance in the realization of projects and strategies, aimed at improving and innovating the business-client and government-citizen relationship. Up to now, 250 companies have participated, with more than 1,540 cases and 446 winners, which are the result of a reliable evaluation process, developed by the IMT and audited by the PWC firm, as a sign of transparency and objectivity.
This is an annual recognition that values and identifies excellence in Customer Relationship practices in Latin America, and today covers Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Paraguay.
