NH Collection Centro Histórico has already opened its doors
This hotel in the City of Buenos Aires joins the other four hotels that are already in operation in Argentina
NH Hotel Group, a consolidated multinational operator and one of the leading urban hotel companies in Europe and America, announced yesterday the reopening of its NH Collection Centro Histórico hotel in the City of Buenos Aires.
“We are very excited about the reactivation we are having, not only in the country, but in the region in general. Ending the year with three hotels operating in the city of Buenos Aires is a very positive sign, both for our clients and for our collaborators. In addition, we are already receiving guests at our hotels in Mendoza and Bariloche. In Chile, we already have all the hotels operating, so today our great challenge is to achieve a good level of occupancy this summer in the entire region, ”said Julieta de Grazia, General Director of the Southern Cone Region of NH Hotel Group.
In the Southern Cone (Argentina, Chile and Uruguay) we already have nine operating hotels, all under the corresponding regulations and protocols. Among them are open: NH Edelweiss in Bariloche, NH Cordillera in Mendoza and NH 9 de Julio and NH Collection Lancaster, in Buenos Aires. With regard to the Chilean capital, NH Ciudad de Santiago, NH Collection Santiago Casacostanera and NH Collection Plaza Santiago are already operational. For the rest of the country, NH Antofagasta and NH Iquique are also in operation.
"Little great trips", with attractive discounts
The NH Collection Buenos Aires Centro Histórico hotel is part of the “Little Great Trips” promotion that the Company promotes among its more than 350 NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, Tivoli or Avani hotels in America and Europe. The proposal offers a 30% discount for weekend getaways including the next long weekends and holidays, and a 10% for weekday trips, from Monday to Thursday. In addition, users of the NH Rewards loyalty program can benefit from an additional 5%. Due to the current situation whereby many wait until the last minute to plan their trips, the Company also offers greater facilities so that it is possible to reserve stays with the guarantee of being able to cancel for free up to 48 hours before arrival.
Under the Feel Safe at NH concept, which the Company launched in order to preserve the safety of travelers and employees, nearly 700 standards have been adapted to completely redesign the customer experience cycle. Endorsed by experts, these measures were implemented in each of the Group's 364 properties around the world to provide the maximum guarantee of security, in the cleaning and sanitizing processes of each hotel space, new digital solutions, processes and protocols for the restoration management, social distancing regulations and the control of air and water purification, among others.
Feel Safe at NH also includes different initiatives, such as the FastPass service to check-in and check-out online, as well as the choice of your room, and the Mobile Guest Experience application, an innovative system that allows you to control your stay at the hotel from any mobile electronic device and access all kinds of services and information while maintaining social distancing from employees and avoiding contact with multiple surfaces as much as possible.
